Hi @cPanelLauren As far as I'm aware I didn't make a change. However I installed ImunifyAV the other day. THat's the only change made on the server. Do you think ImunifyAV has made any changes?

@ZenHosting - yes I do have root access but I want to use existing space available on dropbox/onedrive or the windows server without having to pay for anything else.

@cPanelLauren Thanks but unfortunately OneDrive for business supports file size only up to 15GB. So can't be used for server backup which is a lot bigger than that. Would it be possible to attach ...

@cPanelLauren Thanks so much. It was disabled indeed. It seems the VPS provider was quite nasty to disable this feature. Time to move away from them!
