Thanks for the response. I wasn't sure where to start. If these fools can't get this figured out soon I might have to find a new host. I'm just hoping it could be a simple config error.

After having random curl timeout error 28 on all 4 of my wordpress sites, I tested it in WHM terminal. Usually the response is quick, but randomly I'll get 10+ sec responses. Any ideas? I've spent ...
