As you've seen, the address can be formatted differently depending on the application. Showing one option in the interface would just add confusion, and there's no way to list all possible format...

I don't think we show it because so few people use a browser-based client. You can always manually type it in like my example though and see if that lets you connect. Thanks again for helping. ...

So I created an FTP account but nowhere can I see the actual FTP address, which isn't that helpful. How do I know what the FTP address is??
