Howdy, www is automatically added. Do you have a reason to re-add it? It should be existent as a ServerAlias inside the Apache vHost for the domain.

If your version reports as 11.40.1.7, please run upcp. There was a bug in build 7 which caused cpsrvd.so to segfault. This is resolved in 11.40.1.8 You can find the change log at
