I've spoken to them and they said it's nothing that they can do :/ I'm not sure really what I can do. If one of my clients now go into cpanel and see the text like that it is going to look confus...

When I check the directory I get as far as /urs/local/ but there is no cpanel. So sorry I am very, very new to learning how to run via SSH. Is there another way I can do this?
