By that i mean i have limited access to whm but i don't have access to ssh. I need to pay extra to log in into ssh and it's only for certain client accounts...

Michael, Thanks for your reply. I have root access but not access to ssh. I asked about it to my hosting provider and they said i have to fix it because i am the server administrator. Thanks
