Is there a way to back just the MySQL and not all the site files? Or do I have to create a cron job for each of these?

Found the issue, under Files in the Back Config it wasn't checked so it wouldn't create the MySQL backup. Thanks for your help.

]In WHM>>>>Backup user selection, check that the account/domain is showing "ON" They are all marked as ON under backup, the legacy is marked as OFF.
