Tried to use "Database map tool" in WHM, got the same error Can't use string ("27.124.113.129") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DB/Map.pm line 169.

netstat -pan|grep :80|awk {'print $5'}|cut -d: -f 1|sort|uniq -c|sort -n |tail -1 503 203.170.87.121 203.170.87.121 - it is my own IP! I dont beleive that blocking my own IP will solve the issue
