Ok thanks i'll try contact the hosting provider. Btw for the SSH that wasn't an email, that was root@thewebsite'sname.com. Online it said this was the way to ssh. Am I doing it wrongly?

Well, when I try ssh root@mywebsite.com it enters a new line and just hangs there. I'm also not sure if SSH access was enabled in my cPanel. I recently took over this website.
