:( It seems i am the only who has this annoying issue. I don't know what to do. I contacted hosting support and they didn't know how to fix it. Maybe firewall is being so strict, idk :/.

3. Problem with files with Windows-1252 encoding after being upgraded to 11.52.0.5

When is converted to utf-8 all special characters ("""") become to weird characters. I dont want an alternative, i just need a fix for the next cPanel release.
