Hi Michael, I've done as you suggested but no change, I still can't add it. I've double checked the zones on the cluster, no entries anywhere for the domain and have double checked the nameservers...

Why when the servers are part of a nameserver cluster? I have other domains that have only have ns1 and ns2 with the registrar but they are parked on this server fine.

Hi Michael, Thanks for following up on this. I didn't realise CSF also has an SMTP_Block restriction that supercedes WHMs. Disabling that solved the problem.

This has been resolved. Quirks of CageFS. After making a change to php.ini you have to force an update.

Yes I thought that might be the case too - checked for that, only one disable_functions row, phpinfo is definitely not there.
