Why when the servers are part of a nameserver cluster? I have other domains that have only have ns1 and ns2 with the registrar but they are parked on this server fine.

Hi Michael, Thanks for following up on this. I didn't realise CSF also has an SMTP_Block restriction that supercedes WHMs. Disabling that solved the problem.

This has been resolved. Quirks of CageFS. After making a change to php.ini you have to force an update.

Yes I thought that might be the case too - checked for that, only one disable_functions row, phpinfo is definitely not there.

I can't check phpinfo(), it is disabled...! I'm trying to enable it. I removed it from disable_functions using WHM's PHP Configuration Editor. Verified the change was saved on CLI with grep phpinf...
