Thank you - I have just been through it again using the save button under the directory name (rather than user name) and I am in! Thanks for your assistance

Only when I select (open) that directory, there nothing in the directory listing that shows it is protected. When I select it - it then shows that user name with the option to delete or change pass...

Hi and thank you I have however been through the directories, and can find none that are ticked as protected. when I do as described above the screen I get to just shows a list of folders/director...

Thanks for the input, It was set by a developer who at present is not contactable, do I just have to put new user/password in, or do I have to find where the old ones were set?
