hey i figured it out.The whole was the SMTP Restrictions In WHM that sent the mails to spam .The moment i disabled it all my mails started Going to inbox.. Hopefully This should Help Someone.

Problem Sending emails using gmail
hi , I am facing a problem. I can send emails from cpanel to gmail but if i send from gmail to my mail server i getting error saying that email doesnot exists . please help me with this issue.
