im trying to restore it withe the back up wizard, just the basicdirectory. the new update of wordpress messed up my website lay-out, so I dont know exactly which files I have to restore in the cpanel

thank you.. i still want to restore a back up because I updated wordpress and it ruined my website. Is there a way to do it fast, because it takes so long.. more than a day.. that cant be right..

okay now i found what is taken up most op my tmp space.. you can see the screenshot in this message. Is it okay do delete the files?

250mb the quota limit. There is no actual error, I just can't restore a backup. As you can see in the screenshot in my last post there is also a so called "nobody" that consumes a part of my disks...

I dont know exactly, but its not much. I dont need much space yet. A lot of the data space is consumed by the tmp directory. Like 96mb. Is there a way to delete this?
