What provided installer exactly? I followed the instructions here: Installing Softaculous in cPanel - Softaculous Wiki They were given to me by my VPS provider.

Can you post the full email you got, this appears to be just part of it. That's the problem. The email is kind of corrupted and what i posted above is all that is sent.
