I'd like to open a ticket but it says "Invalid Support Access ID". i get the id using  /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S i can not access the backend because of the problem described above.

thanks, that worked. should i also enable cpanel DAV Daemon in service manager? we don't need webdisk, calendars and contacts to be synced.  clients only need webmail access.
