Let's start out with the easy stuff. What level of access to you have to the server? Do you have a cPanel account, reseller account or full root access?

As far as I know, nope. You have to duplicate your packages etc. Everything is cPanel is package driven.

Assuming you setup mysite2.com as an alias of mystic.com, you'd be able to setup mailboxes or forwards for either domain.

Just as a FYI, they are stored in /home/USER/.cl.selector, so they would normally be copied.

I'm pretty sure if you are using PHP Selector (CloudLinux) the php_get_vhost_versions call is not going to work. You'll prob. need to find a way to grep /home/*/.cl.selector/defaults.cfg searching ...

It's just a guess, but my guess is your "fix" won't last. The next upcp that does anything with roundcube / webmail will simply replace your logo with the one in the package.
