No, what I mean is, that digest authentication is pointless if my server is not Windows?

Hi, When you reset the password, try enabling the digest authentication.. I'm not sure what that would help? I'm connecting from macOS not Windows, and I have a valid SSL certificate?

Hi @cPanelMichael Thanks for coming back to me. No, there is no error I am afraid. It's attempting to send via SMTP with TLS.
