"Backup system files" wasn't checked, so it seems everything is working as expected now. Thanks for your assistance, even if the problem solved itself :)

I just noticed; Suddenly the backups shows up in the calendar again. I think I tried to just change a minor setting in the backup setup yesterday, and then click "Save". Maybe that's what fixed it....

Hi cPRex! Yes, there's content inside /backup/{date}/accounts, at least. But /backup/{date}/system is empty.
