Interestingly, I went in to check stuff this morning (backup worked) but noticed the timeout set to 30. I tried to up it and it won't accept any other value, when I go back in it's always 30 again.

Interesting, I have had the same issue come back (sites have grown, so maybe the cause. I have changed the timeout in Rsync.pm to 300 (from 30). Will see if that helps. Oh well, didn"t work
