Thank you @cPanelLauren! That was a weird one, IPv6 would not disable! Final cure to disable IPv6: Add: net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1 To: /etc/sysctl.conf Run: sysctl -p Reboot to confirm.
