If you have root access to the server, you can do this. Else, you just need to send the screenshot of your website to your hosting company and they'll fix it.

I think you can restart your web server (apache, litespeed, nginx) or even it may be cause by php_fpm if enabled. Try to restart each of them and see if it works.

With using "unrestricted_restore=1", I got an error that I cannot use it with "AccountRemoteRoot" module. Without this line, the transfer has started and I'm waiting for it to complete.
