To lock the version (and avoid the upgrade) run this   dnf install python3-dnf-plugin-versionlockyum versionlock mysql-community-*

Same Issue here.  AlmaLinux v8.10.0 STANDARD standard cPanel Version 120.0.11 Solved by rolling back with yum downgrade mysql-community-*
