To update on a possible solution to this it appears the ClamAV version installed was not provided by cPanel, as I did not install this myself it seems most likely it was an old version of Imunify36...

Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue, ClamAV remains on 0.102.2 and updates still failing with the cron email due to this, I will raise a ticket.

Further to previous update unfortunately this doesn't appear to have resolved the issue via automatic nightly upcp's, not sure if it's due to timeouts being hit but on servers notably with more pac...

Not sure if it was updated, but the support article says there is an auto-fixer, so it "should" correct itself tonight or tomorrow night. Yep that's an update as it didn't say that earlier today...

I'm also getting this, it appears that id.cpanel.net may be messed up as I've checked a couple of accounts I have with cPanel and they are both failing with the "WRONG CREDENTIALS" error on login.
