Hello You can't transfer account from Direct Admin to cPanel. cPanel not have tools for transfer. You must transfer accounts by manually to cPanel. Thank you

That work only needed to be performed after the Protectbase package was removed. Was that package also present and did you remove it? No, I did not. How should it be done?
