i rezolved that problem, the mac addres it must be exactly like the main ip for vps. Can close that topic

firewall it not instaled, main ip of vps it work, i can to connect to ssh, but the secundary ip what shoold rezerved to dns it not responding.

yes, i tried to restart and yes it registered, but when i try to ping that ip i didn't receive any respond
