    Is your failure on the incoming or outgoing (SMTP) side? You might try port 587 for outgoing if that's where the failure lies. So far its the incoming side.

    My ip isn't blocked. If it was then I wouldn't be able to access the WHM. :-p I had tried the "Mail Client configurator" however Outlook 2019 doesn't store anything in that folder of the "Registry".
