Tweak Settings are located in /var/cpanel/cpanel.config, you can transfer it manually and get rid of these hassle. Hope that helps :)

Edit httpd.conf file, find line number 39 and comment with # in start of the line. The issue here that Apache can't load module because the file doesn't exist.
