Hello, I found that I had not set the DKIM and SPF TXT records at the DNS server. I set them and did a reboot of the server, yet the Email Deliverability still shows I do not have the DKIM and SPF...

Yes, without resolves your server cannot resolve domain names. If in doubt use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 Hello, I still get the same failure message when switching to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
