Ok, i think i am almost there. I have 2 users on my server. Let's say jdoe is a user. /home/jdoe/public_html/. Do I unzip the archived distribution here?

It was a browser issue. When I switched from Edge to Chrome the CONTINUE button was available (dark blue). Funny thing is I am unable to use Chrome on the cPanel ticket site...I need to use Edge. ...

I am attempting to upgrade MySQL from 5.6 to 5.7. I step 3, whether I choose unattended or interactive upgrade the "Continue" button is not available to be selected (it is "greyed" out)
