Thanks this has now worked. I think it was using the .cache file too. once i removed this it worked instantly.

Hi yes it would be to hide everything from /home/username onwards except the essentials like public_html, mail and database folders if possible

Hi @cPanelLauren i asked my host to enable the this via the node and then i initialised the quota and ran the fix quota code and everything is now working well as it should. Thanks.

Hi all, sorry to be a pain but this has now been solved as this was being blocked with my VPS host. They have enabled this and now all the correct stats are being shown. Thanks all
