Thankyou for this. Changing that setting to "Cpanel user only" fixed the problem. Odd that this is not the default setting. Appreciate your help.

I know that's what the message is saying, but I am 100% not logged in as a reseller or root. I'm logged in to CPanel with the end user account, who is not a reseller.
