account termination/ restore should clear the NGINX cache
SSIA, took me a while to troubleshoot today. With NGINX's 1 hour default refresh, it can be very confusing.

Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources.
If you are getting this error from WordPress users, you'll need to stop using NGINX altogether. Remove it from EasyApache's additional modules.
