Yes performed a system reboot but still its show old disk space and not updating in WHM or in df -h. I guess cpanel has nothing to do with it as df -h shows the same old readings while df -H shows ...

Change the file permissions of j2ssh-common-0.2.7.jar from cpanel file manager to remove permissions for public. Like say, make the file permission from 644 to 600.
