I can also confirm that - update to v86.0.20 resolves problems with MariaDB 10.3.23

Put these: SecResponseBodyLimit 546870912 SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 10485760 in /etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec/modsec2.user.conf and restart Apache Thank you! Everythink is ok, now.
