Make sure that you have same MySQL version as old server.

You can't check the disk usage in WHM if you turn off the quota.

If you do not want to count the quota, you can disable it but keep in mind that once you disable it, anyone can upload unlimited data on your server and you will not be able to check the disk usage...

This should eb configuration related issue. Did you modify your httpd.conf file manually? You can try rebuilding your apache configuration file as suggested above. Probably it should fix the issue.

If mysql is using high CPU, you need to optimize your MySQL settings or there is probability that one of the databases is causing the high usage. Kindly check your running mysql processes.

This is not resolved 100% in 100.0.5. It is still failing to pull or renew all SSL certificates. Is anybody else facing the same issue?

I believe this was fixed because I tested one server on which I faced an issue. I installed all updates OS/cPanel and I am not facing this issue anymore. - Kailahs

MariaDB has released updates for all affected versions but they are still not available when we perform updates. Will it be available soon?
