Just for the record we've noticed this happens on both WordPress and Symfony based PHP applications, which leads us to believe the issue is at server level.

Would this be in scope in the near future? The current GD supplied by EA4 doesn't appear to support the WebP image format.

Same. Fresh VPS with WHM 74.0.9 on CentOS 7.4. ClamD simply won't start, no guides are helping, and ClamD isn't providing any usefull feedback as to why it won't start.

Thanks for updating us on this. All of the our servers involved with this issue have self-updated to 70.0.39. I've not seen any of these notices from last night, so this could well be resolved now...
