We are running into this issue as well. Everything is clear but BEAST in our PCI scan. JamesAB did that ultimately do the trick or did you have to use a different method?

Sounds like you are using ruid2 which does not work with this. The work around is to provide them with a dedicated IP.

Fortunately cPanel was smartly able to rebuild everything with the information in /var/cpanel and I convinced the client to move to MySQL 5.5. Thank you.
