3. How to disable cloudlinux features for a particular cpanel account?

I migrated the account to a non-cloudlinux cpanel server of same spec and it worked fine there. So I doubt the problem is related to CloudLinux.

3. Centralized DNS server - DNSONLY

My basic purpose is: when clients (belong to all cPanel hosting server) make DNS changes using cPanel, it should update to ns1 (DNSONLY server) also.
