After trying to fix this for hours, i finaly found out that if i run a domain on php 7.4, it works. At 8.1 and 8.2 i didnt have a chance to make temporary url work.

Yes i disabled: PHP via CGI FastCGI PHP-FPM But that made a few Wordpress site to get error 500

Temporary cPanel url does not work with PHP files
so temporary works fine with: http://ip/~username/ index.html, and other files, except .php files it says 'not supported' How to fix that? Not supported
