I configured the backup by using the "Legacy Backup Configuration" on WHM options. I just want to download the files by FTP, how I"m supposed to do that, using standard configurations? Thanks

How to create an FTP account outside home directory?
I configured backups of my system to /backups and now I want to create an FTP account to download the files. How can I do that? Seems cpanel does not allow to create an user outside home. Thanks!
