It sounds like you're in cPanel. As stated, you need to be in WHM as the root user to use EasyApache features.

If you're running it as a cron, just set the MAILTO in the crontab to email you the results.

Under Databases, the option is: Per Account Only Use the "mysqldump" command to create backup files with the ".sql" file extension for each account.

In the backup manager in WHM there is an option to also back up MySQL databases individually, but these backups are stored in a separate folder than the account backups.

What is the actual error you are getting?

Mod_security might block some of this, but they are mainly just automated attacks that literally every website on the internet experiences. You probably want to consider more sophisticated software...
