    It's all accounts on the server. I couldn't find the login for my previous account and realized I had another account. As you can see in the first screenshot it shows the side bar of paperlant...

    looks like I had one domain I had to manually migrate by restoring it from backup. It was a .today domain. Apparently some of the new TLD's break the process.

    I'm running 11.48.2.1 on both my source and destination server but I am still getting this error on half the domains I'm trying to transfer.
