Actually I would like to re-open this thread now as I do have an issue. It seems these weekly backups have not been completing fully and I can see for many of my sites the mysql directory is empty...

Apologies, I have just seen that there is a separate 'weekly' directory that is created where the backups have been saved :rolleyes:
