Good to hear, thanks! But the thing is, I should not have to be on high alert for our licenses randomly being suspended. This is clearly a recurring issue, what is being done to permanently solve it?

Apparently this is still happening - just had our license suspended for being overdue on payment, except the payment was made just as usual, every month, since 2017 and all invoices are showing up ...
