    @keat63 meanwhile I had been in contact with my host provider, They told me I had to wait for at least 24 hours in order for the domain to be propagated properly. its been more than 24 hours now...

    Hi cPanel Lauren, I can send email out through roundcube to gmail or any other platforms but I can't receive emails.
