I can also confirm 86.0.20 has fixed the issue on our servers, and all database functions are back - Nice work cPanel

This is a known issue, Either upgrade to version 88 of cPanel or downgrade MariaDB - for a quick fix or wait until cPanel releases a patch for it.

Hello @cPanelLauren Cause its on httpd start up i don't see what site its doing this on but with the amount there is i would gather most of the sites. Thanks Kyle
