In case you are not able to see any specific PHP version in the WHM >> Software >> EasyApache4 >> Customize >> PHP Version interface then you might need to install the relevant packages via yum first.
To install a cPanel-provided PHP version, in case it's provided/supported, you will need to use the following command: (## should reflect the version number):
yum install ea-php##
EX: yum install ea-php74
After the installation is completed, then you should be able to see the newly installed PHP version in the WHM >> Software >> EasyApache4 >> Customize >> PHP Version interface.
