Symptoms
You may find that the database section in cPanel as shown below is missing.
Description
This can occur if MySQL is disabled in the Service Manager, or if all of the following features are disabled in the Feature Manager.
- MySQL
- PhpMyAdmin
- PostgreSQL (if PostgreSQL is installed)
- PhpPgAdmin (if PostgreSQL is installed)
Workaround
Ensure that MySQL is enabled in the Service Manager and that the features below that you'd like to allow access to are enabled in the Feature Manager.
- MySQL
- PhpMyAdmin
- PostgreSQL (if PostgreSQL is installed)
- PhpPgAdmin (if PostgreSQL is installed)
These changes can be made in the following locations of WHM.
